‘COME ALIVE’ ON RAGE
We are delighted to have the music video for The Maes - Come Alive as this week's feature video on RAGE. The wonderfully wacky work directed by Emily Dynes, and created in collaboration with the band and the talented Golden Scissor Puppet
collective. Shot in the gorgeous Murtoa Stick Shed in regional Victoria, the work saw a small crew and large puppet troupe journey out to bring this vision to life.
Watch the music video for Come Alive here, or find in on ABC, including interviews with the key creatives; here.
“…the music video for ‘Come Alive’ blends the gorgeous agricultural backdrop with the large group of creature puppets and shadow puppetry to create a real (albeit slightly creepy) tearjerker. .”
