Written and directed by Emily Dynes, and produced Jasper Caverly and Kristen Augeard; This intimate tale of connection premiered in competition at Melbourne Queer Film Festival. The film was edited by creative director of Near Dark, Barış Ulusoy in one hot day in Naarm with the director. Emily Dynes’ delicate handling of emotional growth, anxiety, stagnation, and blossoming earned her Best Australian Short Film, qualifying the project for the prestigious Iris Prize.
